3. Data Storage & Retention
Email Content
- Processed in real-time through OpenAI's API service
- NOT stored on our servers
- NOT used to train AI models
- OpenAI retains API input data for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring, then deletes it
- Transmitted securely via encrypted connections (HTTPS)
Local Storage
- Email history is stored locally on your device only
- You can delete local history at any time through the App
- Uninstalling the App removes all local data
Subscription Data
- Managed entirely by Apple through App Store
- We do not have access to your payment information
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
OpenAI
- Your email text content is sent to OpenAI's GPT-4.1 Mini model hosted on servers in the United States for processing
- OpenAI retains API input data for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring purposes, after which it is deleted. OpenAI does not use API input data to train their models

Apple
- Manages subscriptions and payments
- Handles App Store distribution
- Subject to Apple's privacy policy
5. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Delete your local email history at any time
- Cancel your subscription through your device's Settings (iPhone/iPad) or System Settings (Mac)
- Request information about data we hold
- Request deletion of your data by contacting support
6. Data Security
We protect your data through:
- Encrypted communications (HTTPS/TLS)
- No server-side storage of email content
- Secure API key management
- Local data protected by your device's security features
7. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.
8. International Users
If you use the App from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States where OpenAI's servers are located. By using the App, you consent to this transfer.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
