What does MailCraft Pro do?
MailCraft Pro uses OpenAI's GPT-4.1 Mini to help you compose, enhance, rewrite, and reply to emails. You can adjust tone (professional, friendly, apologetic, etc.), shorten or lengthen text, fix grammar, convert to bullet points, and extract keywords.
How much does it cost?
- Free: 3 AI requests per day, forever.
- Premium Weekly: $6.99 per week, with a 7-day free trial.
- Premium Yearly: $49.99 per year, with a 7-day free trial (best value).
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel anytime in your device's Settings.
How do I cancel my subscription?
- iPhone / iPad: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → MailCraft Pro → Cancel Subscription.
- Mac: System Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions, or App Store → Account → Subscriptions.
How do I restore purchases on a new device?
Open MailCraft Pro, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe.
Is my email content private?
Yes. Email text is sent to OpenAI's API only to generate suggestions, then discarded. We do not store your email content on any server. OpenAI retains API input for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring and does not use it to train their models. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Does it work offline?
AI features require an internet connection because they run on OpenAI's servers. Your local email history and templates are available offline.
Which devices are supported?
iPhone and iPad running iOS 17 or later, and Mac running macOS 14 (Sonoma) or later. The app is universal — buy once, use on all your Apple devices with the same Apple ID.
The AI gave me a bad suggestion. What should I do?
AI suggestions are drafts — always review and edit before sending. If you're seeing consistently poor results, please email us with an example (remove any private details) so we can improve the prompts.
