By downloading, installing, or using MailCraft Pro ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Service Description
MailCraft Pro is an AI-powered email assistant that helps you compose, enhance, rewrite, and reply to emails. The App provides intelligent suggestions to improve your email communication.
3. Subscription & Billing
- Free Tier: Limited daily AI requests
- Premium Weekly: $6.99 per week with 7-day free trial
- Premium Yearly: $49.99 per year with 7-day free trial (Best Value)
Subscription Terms
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- On iPhone/iPad: Manage subscriptions in Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions
- On Mac: Manage subscriptions in System Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions, or in the App Store app under Account Settings
- Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the App only for lawful purposes
- Not use the App to create spam, harassing, or abusive content
- Not use the App for any illegal activities
- Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information
- Review and take responsibility for all content before sending
You are solely responsible for the emails you compose and send using the App. AI suggestions should be reviewed and edited as needed before sending.
5. Intellectual Property
- The App, including its design, features, and AI technology, is owned by Maurice Rondeau
- Content you create using the App remains your property
- You grant us no rights to your email content beyond what is necessary to provide the service
6. Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
We do not guarantee:
- The accuracy, appropriateness, or effectiveness of AI suggestions
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
- That the App will meet all your requirements
AI-generated content should always be reviewed before use. We are not responsible for:
- Email delivery or recipient responses
- Any consequences arising from emails sent using our suggestions
- Third-party actions or responses to your communications
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides.
